What causes red undertones in dark bases? Red undertones in dark beses can be caused by the sun, water/chlorine, bleaching/highlighting, and chemical processes or excessive use of hot tools.

Application:

• Wear suitable goves and avoid concentration to the scalp as it can potentially cause staining.
• Apply to wet hair, leave-on for 3-5 minutes for maximum cooling effect.
• Rinse well.
• Follow with either Dark Envy Conditioner or Dark Envy Red Neutralization Hair Mask.

PLEASE NOTE: Designed for levels 1-4, Dark Envy should not be used on white or grey hair as it can leave a greenish hue. This also includes any hair that has been lightened to level 5 or lighter with colour, lightener or the sun.

Application:

• After shampooing with Dark Envy Shampoo, Apply Dark Envy Conditioner.
• Leave-in for 1-2 minutes and then rinse.
• Can be used daily.
