Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between RA & JM Wall Pty Ltd A.C.N.145 858 019 as trustee for RA & JM Wall Family Trust trading as The Hair Hub (we, us, our, or The Hair Hub) and you.
PURCHASES
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, The Hair Hub is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions, please contact us immediately.
FRAUD PREVENTION
To help prevent online fraud and risk of charge-backs to our business; Our customer service team may contact you via SMS, Phone and or Email and may ask you to confirm your details. If any (1) one off the below details cannot be confirmed, your order will be cancelled.
We may ask you to confirm:
- Contact you via your mobile or landline - This is to ensure the phone number is correct and that the person who has placed the order, is the owner of the phone number.
- Contact you via your email - We do this to ensure the the email is correct and we don't get an email bounce-back.
- Contact you via SMS - again, this is to ensure the phone number is correct and that the person who has placed the order, is the owner of the phone number.

PURCHASE PRICE & AVAILABILITY
All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart. The total price does not include insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver products to you.
We endeavour to present the most recent, up to date information on our website at all times. Although there may be occasions when some information displayed on website could contain incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologies for any inaccuracies on item pricing or availability.
In the event of a pricing error has been made, we reserve the right to contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with order at the correct price.
In the event an item may no longer be available or has been discontinued, we reserve the right to contact you to offer an alternative or a full credit of the purchase price (including shipping and insurance costs) to your account or you may ask for a refund.
There are some occasions when online prices do not reflect in-store prices, as some promotions, offers or reductions are only offered through our online store, so we recommend you check the website for the latest prices to make sure you get the best deal.
PAYMENTS
The Hair Hub accepts payment via the secure eWay payment gateway. Therefore, you may pay via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Direct Deposit for those who do not have access to credit cards or a PayPal account.
Upon choosing the Direct Deposit option in the checkout process, you will be able to view our Direct Deposit Account Details in the order confirmation page. The Direct Deposit details will also be shown in your order confirmation email. You will then be able to use the order number as payment reference into our bank account after completing your order. Please note your order will only be dispatched once payment is confirmed by our accounts.
Your information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your card.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
In the event that The Hair Hub does not receive cleared funds after 2 days of you submitting your order, we will send you an email to the email address nominated in your order.

We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured at all times.
PROCESSING OF ORDERS
We process purchases on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in New South Wales. If you purchase any of the Products on a non-business day, we will process the purchase on the next business day.
We will email and or SMS your tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
Any return of Products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy here.
